Spring Promotions Inc. d/b/a iluvpromotions (herein referred to as "ILP") takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

How ILP Uses Your Personal Information

This policy covers how ILP treats personal information that ILP collects and receives, including information related to your past use of ILP products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This privacy policy only applies to ILP

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ILP does not own, control or contract with, or to people that ILP does not employ or manage.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

General

ILP collects personal information when you register with ILP, when you use ILP products or services, and when you visit ILP pages. ILP may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests.

Mailing List

To join our mailing list we only require your email address.

Website Registration

To register on our website (for access to saved carts and wish lists), we require your name, email address, and a password.

Orders

To place an order we will require:

• Company or Agency Name (if applicable)
• Your name
• Billing and shipping addresses
• Telephone number
• Email address

For credit card orders we will also require:

• Cardholder's name
• Credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code
• Credit card billing address

When you register with ILP and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

ILP collects information about your transactions with us and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, (ILP cookie information), software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

ILP uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you.

Children

We do not transact with children under the age of 13. By registering with ILP you acknowledge that you are over 13 years old.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

ILP does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ILP under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help ILP communicate with you about offers from ILP. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ILP's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if ILP is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, ILP will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

COOKIES

ILP may set and access ILP cookies on your computer.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your ILP Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.

All marketing preferences are normally on an “opt in” basis. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to ILP, such as service announcements, administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Upon request, we will delete your ILP account. However, we will maintain records of your purhcases as required by law.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

ILP may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your ILP account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
